Yogi Tea Cold Support Echinacea Elderberry Tea

The echinacea purpurea is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve cold symptoms. This tea contains 16 bags, is a caffeine free and helps support colds.

Directions: (Adults [18 years and over]): 1 tea bag, 3 times per day. Steep 1 tea bag in 250 mL (1 cup) of boiling water for 7 minutes. Steep 3 tea bags daily. Take at the first sign of infection.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a liver disorder, gallstones, anaemia, a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection or an auto-immune disorder, taking medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), and any other medications or natural health products as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Diuretic effect may occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
