Directions: (Adults 18 years and over): Once per day steep 1 tea bag in 240 ml of freshly boiled water for 5 to 10 minutes

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
