We are seeking a creative, curious, driven, and hard-working Marketing Coordinator with a passion for health & wellness to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to tackle any challenge and solve any problem.
This position will touch all aspects of marketing with a focus on the execution of themes, seasonal campaigns, email, and social media.
What You’ll Do:
ASSIST IN EXECUTING THEMES & CAMPAIGNS, EMAIL, AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Assist in coordinating and launching online marketing themes and initiatives
Assist in brainstorming, planning, and scheduling email and video content across Well.ca’s hero categories
Assist in the careful editing of email and video content
Upload, schedule, and tag social content
Help with the set-up and tear down of photo and video shoots
Assist in moderating and responding to comments across social platforms
Stay attuned to wellness trends and research best-in-class examples of email, social, blog, and video content to maintain freshness and relevancy
COMMUNICATE & COLLABORATE WITH 1,000,000+ STAKEHOLDERS
Communicate and coordinate with several 3rd party resources, including (but not limited to) blog/video contributors, vendors, and freelance videographers/editors/copywriters
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of objectives and projects across departments
PROJECT MANAGE EVERYTHING
Project manage marketing projects from start to completion, working with design, email, acquisition, buyers and other stakeholders
Ensure all creative project details (including deadlines) are recorded within our project management tool (Asana) and proactively follow-up to collect missing details on time
Coordinate product requisitions from the warehouse for social, PR, photoshoots, giveaways, etc.
Compile and summarize various marketing reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis
Organize vendor, retail and consumer events

Some of the Stuff You Need to Have:
Degree, diploma, or certification in Business and/or Marketing
Experience (this is an asset) and interest (this is a requirement) in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and Retail
Superior communication (oral & written) and organization skills
Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in digital reporting, tracking and analytics
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Ability to successfully work either independently and co-operatively
Unwaveringly positive “can-do” attitude
(Healthy) immersion in social media and/or social wellness communities
