A cream pot formula in a pencil format. These multi-use pencils can be used on eyes, lips, or cheeks. They glide on with a creamy-matte finish. They are creamy enough to use as a lipstick, blendable enough to be used as a blush or a wash of colour on the lids, with a precision tip for lining eyes and lips.
Directions: Apply colour to desired area - lips, cheeks or elsewhere. Create a precise line for definition or blend out for a softer look.
