Abokichi Instant miso soup is vegan, Non-GMO and Gluten-Free. Contains naturally-occuring probiotics from fermentation. Just add hot water and enjoy!
Single Serving: Add 2 Tbsp of Miso Soup paste to 250ml of hot water in a thermos with lid and shake. Alternatively, mix with a spoon in mug. Pot of Soup: In a saucepan, boil entire contents of packet with 1L of water. Add other ingredients such as vegetables, tofu and fish.

Love this miso
The sake lees give this miso paste a wonderful dimension. I mostly got it to use in sauces, marinades, etc, but makes a good cup of soup as well, but note that the sake flavour is quite noticeable. Also note this is a small pouch so it won't make a ton of soup, but it goes far when you're just using it as an ingredient in cooking.
