Love this sleep tea
Valerian leaves me foggy and exhausted but this sleep tea has no “hangover” and I definitely noticed some impacts on dreams when I first started drinking it. Now almost a year later I can say I’m definitely having dreams that I can remember when awake - i think the lucid part is up to you and dream training. But as an overall sleep tea/ dream tea - I love it!
