Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Chew 2 gummies 1 or 2 times daily. Use 2 gummies twice daily for prebiotic effect. If you are taking antibiotics or antifungals, take at least 2-3 hours before or after. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Take with 250 ml of water. Store at room temperature.
