I Have been buying this Eye Brow Pencil for a long time. Was very pleased with it. The last two I bought will NOT self sharpen and I had thrown away the Receipt on it. So I am out $20.00 PLUS dollars and I do not recommend this product to anyone for that specific reason. I have tried to contact the company to relay my complaint but can't find a contact number or email to accomplish that..
