Great for Fibromyalgia pain
I am so happy I went with this magnesium. It has helped the pain I have from systemic lupus and fibromyalgia. One with breakfast and one at bedtime have helped temper down inflammation and aching in my back and legs. Will buy again!

Works great
First time trying this product. I take it before bed and it helps me relax & get a good night sleep. No more leg cramps during sleep. I'm very satisfied with this magnesium. Will be ordering again.
