AOR Psyllium + Curcumin

Bulk forming laxative. Provides gentle relief of constipation and irregularity. Promotes bowel movements (by increasing bulk volume and water content). Psyllium fibres infused with curcumin particles in a delicious lemon flavoured powder

Recommended Dosage: Adults (18 years and over) Take one serving (~3 g) per day 1 hour before meals, or as directed by a qualified health practitioner. Mix one serving thoroughly in 8 oz of water or juice. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose and may take 2-3 days. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take during the day (not immediately prior to bedtime). Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. If you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate. If you have difficulty swallowing. Consult a care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician before use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of other serious conditions). If you are pregnant, have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, or if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid. If you are taking anti platelet medication or blood thinners. Consult a care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product. If symptoms persist or worsen. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
