Good for bones
I have been taking this product along with Bone Basics, both by AOR, a quality company I trust. At first I found the “window” for taking it (2 hours before and two hours after eating) a bit challenging. I solved that issue by taking it with water when I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom;). I will continue to take it.

This works
I am at moderate risk for fracture at the age of 65. I went off the medication Fosamax because I’d been on it for years. After lots of research I started taking strontium and K2 and melatonin every day. I had a bone density one year after starting this and I increased my bone density!

I ordered this product to increase my bone density. I didn’t want to take prescription medications. So far it’s good, but too early to tell yet if it’s working. After my next bone density test, I will review it again.

No taste or scent
These capsules have no taste or scent which is a bonus. Not due for a bone scan until next spring so will have to wait to see if they're effective.
