Best omega-3 fish oil
I have been taking omega-3s for the last 5 years to help in my health journey. I initially tried to get it from just food, but I needed more EPA specifically. The most EPA I could find at a reasonable price was around 1500mg. It's just not enough to really feel the benefits. I came across this brand as a recommendation from my Naturopathic Doctor and I finally feel like my search is over. Aqua Omega provides over 3000mg of EPA per serving. This will fight off inflammation which is the number one cause of nearly every illness and disease.
My energy is up, my bum knee feels better than ever and my focus is on another level. I am a pilot and it can be easy to feel sluggish on long flights.
