It really works!
I've been a vegan for several years and have always taken plant-based, mostly algae and flax. These guys are new so I thought I'd try there's and wow! The main thing I noticed was that my brain fog was totally gone. Going to try the liquid version next.

My go-to for the road
I take the AquaOmeg liquid at home but when I travel this is my go-to. The tapioca caps are a little bit sweet and easy to swallow. Plus vegan, amazing!
