Spills really easily, leaks with any minor tipping. Doesn’t keep coffee warm at all. Disappointing.

Unbelievable Mug!
I have had my mug for about a year now, and wow, I can't believe how long it keeps my coffee hot. That is, as long as the lid is on. Otherwise, it's just a regular mug.
I would give it 5 stars, but I've had to replace that lid twice due to it being quite fragile.
That said, I'm ordering that lid, and love my mug!

Pretty Mug
This mug looks nice, but I wouldn't say it keeps my coffee hot for that long. A bit longer than a regular mug, but after 2 hours its lukewarm at best.
