Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for hard water I was really hoping this laundry detergent would work for us but sadly it fell short. We have hard water and even with the recommendation of adding more detergent, this detergent didn't clean our clothes very well at all in cold or hot water. We'll sadly need to switch back to our less environmentally friendly "big brand" detergent. Maybe I'll try it again if we ever buy a water softener.
