Wanted to love the format...
I was so excited about this bulk format. I already appreciate the quality of this natural dish soap. However, I found refilling my soap bottle, even with the use of a funnel, to be cumbersome and messy (lots of spilled product). The issue was not the plastic bladder or cardboard box, but rather the spigot. The spigot was bulky, hard to manoeuvre and hard to know if it was open or closed.

IâÂÂve been using Attitude dish soap for a few years now and really like it. Cleans well. A nice scent that isnâÂÂt overpowering. This is the first time IâÂÂve used the bulk format. Absolutely love it. It reduces plastic waste and the spout makes it very easy and quick to refill my soap dispenser.

It says dish soap on the box but the bag inside is lotion or something else
I’ve bought this before and was pretty happy with it, besides trying to avoid waste by having to cut open the bladder and use the soap from it.
However this order (which I placed just before I was out to run out…) came in the proper product box but what I had inside looked like lotion or hair conditioner instead… which would not come out of the spigot for anything. Getting the spigot set up was also a pain.

Is this really dish soap?
I have been using Attitude dish soap and this time, it looks like a hair conditioner or lotion. I read another review as below like the same issues and I am really wondering this is the right one or not. Please answer thks feedback.
