Nothing has consistently controlled it - not natural moisturizers, not intensive glycerin moisturizers, not steroids. I don't remember why I picked this up at my local pharmacy, but am I ever glad I did! This cream absorbs quickly - I put it on before bed and forget about it. Eczema on my hands is so well controlled now, I only use steroid cream once a month (maybe). Can't recommend enough!
