It works for 8/10 back pain
I haven't used other arnica creams, so have no basis for comparison, but when my upper or lower back pain is at about a 7 or 8/10 I've found this effective - in fact, at least as effective as ibuprofen, if not more. I rub on with a little massage before bed and my sleep is much more restful. Will buy again.

Great for back pain!
My friend just told me about Arnica a few weeks ago so I bought this as I get bad lower back pain from time to time. I was using magnesium gel before, which helped to take the edge off, but I find that this stuff relieves the pain more fully and a lot faster.

Effective in progressing the healing of muscle strain. Prefer arnica rather than resorting to a drug prescription. Canadian product!!
