Severe Anxiety
I have severe anxiety and emetophobia and this spray helps me a lot. It taste kind of gross but it’s not too bad, kind of like wine imo?? It doesn’t help when i’m having extremely bad panic attacks but it does help prevent them if I can feel one coming. I would recommend although it may not work for everyone!

This is a great product
