Effective but uneven quality?
Bought Tough-Strips 20 one size to protect big toes after nails removed; they had the right pad size (edge to edge) and good stickiness plus not too difficult to remove. So far so good.
However the second box (UPC code 8137-004408) had three or four strips that came off much too easily - they just didn't stay in place. I'm fairly certain that this was not due to wet or otherwise difficult skin condition.
Today when I attempted to buy a third box, the only ones on the Shoppers shelf had narrow pads - not usable for this requirement.
Suggest you keep at least one version with a wide pad, at least 1" from side to side.

Long Lasting!
These are great - they are like super glue on your body and will not come off even with if they get wet in the shower/dishes etc. The fabric is quilted which is softer on the injury.

Band Aid tough strips had absolutely no adhesive on them!
We have always been Band Aid brand supporters and believed that they were superior quality to other brands out there. That was UNTIL we purchased a large box of Band Aid brand Tough Strips and not one single band aid had adhesive on it! We tried one and thought, well that was weird. It isn’t sticky at all. Must have been a dud. Opened another, and it was the same. Randomly opened another half dozen and eventually every single band aid. And not one has adhesive on it. What a waste of money, and we were left without having a useful band aid. So disappointed in them and we are definitely hesitant to spend any more money on this product or brand. #bandaidsshouldstick #bleedingeverywhere #toughstripsarewimpy

LOVE this product but not always as a band-aid...
This is the strongest band-aid ever and it will not fall off. Make sure you the right size so the pad covers your wound do not accidentally get some of the sticky arms stuck to your cut or it will hurt a lot.
I keep some of these in my purse and they have helped MANY emergencies. The wire in my bra popped out the other day and i simply pushed it back in and covered the whole with a bit of the sticky arm of the band-aid. It held up through the wash and until I was able to purchase a new one. I have used one to keep part of my purse from ripping. LOL they are so handy!!

Tough
Tough-Strips are very good for protecting scrapes and blisters. They aren't water proof, so I don't like to use them on my hands, but they're perfect for anywhere else. The fabric is very strong and protects well, and feels comfortable on the skin. My only complaint is that the adhesive can be a little tough to remove from skin, after you've been wearing a Band-Aid for so long. But overall these are a great product and a must have in your First Aid Kit.

This bandaid stays on and protects well!
I bought this recently. This is a great product. I have blisters on the back of both of my heels making a bad choice to go for a walk in the nice weather. I bought these band aids, they are wide and stay on. They cover the blister and stay in place. I only use when I go out, in the house I don't keep it covered. I take the band aids off and can use a couple more times. I will be getting another pack just to have on hand. I highly recommend these!

Hate the "new" tough strips
The original tough strips had the pad right to the edges. Being a dog groomer, sometimes i get bit. It was faster to simply slap on a bandaid without having to worry if i was sticking the adhesive part to the wound. Now i have to use more than 1 bandaid, watch that the adhesive isn't covering the wound, apply a second since the pad is now smaller. If i wanted a bandaid with adhesive all around the pad, I'd buy a different variety.
