I was recommended a product that had similar uses as these cooling sheets for fevers and I am so glad I tried them! My daughter had a fever and this reduced the symptoms she felt (i.e. head ache), it also kept her head cool for the duration of time used. I will be buying more of these for future use.

It works really well!
These gel pads kept both my six month old and my two year old comfortable as they soldiered through all the daycare germs. I always keep some at home now!
