The compartments in this box are far too small. My child is 4, and the compartments do not hold close to enough food for her for a day. Maybe itâÂÂs not meant to hold a lunch AND a snack - but that seems silly? You have to be really creative to find healthy foods that are small enough to fit - apple slices donâÂÂt fit, a mandarin orange doesnâÂÂt fit (unless you put them in the sandwich compartment - but then where do you put the sandwich?). I definitely wouldnâÂÂt recommend this product.

Not very Durable
I really loved this bento box. It was easy for my 4 year old to get into on his own. It was unfortunately not very durable as both clasps that hold it closed broke off completely within 5 months.

We've been using this for 3 months now. Twice a day my son grabs his backpack with this in it which is hanging from a fence and it drops to the ground everytime. The box holds up great no problems. The portion sizes are perfect for a pre-schooler. Beyond that I'm worried we'll need an upgrade with more space. I like that the trays can be filled the night before and they're nice and small to put in the fridge so I can pop it into the case quickly in the mornings.

Best lunch box
This is the only one I reach for and my son loves it. Perfect portion size for a preschooler
The clip did eventually break but I contacted bentgo about thier 2 year warranty. They replied right away and sent out a new lunch box. Great customer services at bentgo so I feel like it's worth th e money. You will end up spending more money to replace cheap tupperware over and over

This box was a bit of a pain to wash as the bottom of the tray holds water. Then the rubbery edging all around the outside started to peel and look totally dingy. Finally the tray cracked after less than 7 months of use... thatâÂÂs not even a school year! It gets 2 stars because it held the perfect amount of food for my 6 year old. I would never buy again.

This is an amazing lunch box. My son used to destroy every single lunch box in a matter of weeks until we got this one. It is been 3 years and his lunch box still looks like new. Never leaked, keep food relatively cool (it is not a thermos after all:-))) Used to buy it out of US, soo happy it is available in Canada now. Highly recommend.

It is a solid, easy-to-use lunchbox for my preschooler. However, the snap ledge that keeps the box closed broke after six month's daily use, so I have to buy another lunch box (and it won't be this one as I am looking for something more durable).

My kid loves these!
My kid's only 2.5 years old. To date, we've only used these at home (helps me manage my newborn by preparing my toddler lunch in advance). My kid loves his Bentgo. He's always excited to see what's inside. It helps me prep balanced meals
