These noodles a quite good. They are firm, more so than regular pasta noodles so there is some getting used to it. Because it has a different mouthfeel, the noodles pair well with spicy sauces, chicken. Mushroom cream sauce was ok but it was more bland than usual. Anything Thai or cold noodle salad would be excellent as well.

Love these. Buy them often. Sturdy noodles that don't fall apart. Neutral taste. Very filling, two people can easily finish whole bag in one meal

They are fun and a different experience of noodles. They are much like zucchini (except more chewy) they take on the flavours you decide to add. Love the fact of no sugar, no salt - feel that salt and sugar are used too much by manufacturers and for myself cause harm.

I am obsessed with these. I use them for spring roll bowls. They are definitely more chewy than a regular noodle, but I don't like them any less.
