Recommended Dosage: Adults: take 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Take with food and a few hours before or after taking other medications
Warnings: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or if you have a kidney disorder. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
