Directions: Shake well prior to use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. For use on children under 6 months of age, consult a doctor. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating or immediately after towel drying. Reapply at least every 2 hours.
Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.-2 p.m./11 a.m.-3 p.m.; and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.

Best natural sunscreen
This is the best sunscreen I've tried that's missing a lot of the bad ingredients (parabens etc). My daughter is half Indian so full disclosure, not sure how easily she burns. I'm blonde and pastey and use this and find im ok to be outside for a few hours. It rubs into my skin and doesn't leave white residue, but does have a slight white residue for my daughter, mostly on her face, but this is probably because she won't let us rub in as well as the rest of her body. That being said if Blue Lizard could come up with tinted sunscreen (natural) for toddlers who aren't glow in the dark white, I'd spend all the money

My daughter has very sensitive skin to sunscreen but has never reacted to this. It doesn’t leave a white residue and offers great sun protection. I have since purchased multiple bottles!
