Bob's Red Mill steel Cut Oats
I can also depend on the quality of Bob's Red Mill steel cut oats. I eat it every morning and add nuts and fruit along with a little maple syrup. I'll also add some flax seed grains to add more fibre. Very tasty and healthy breakfast.

The best Steel Cut Oats
I my opinion these Steel Cut Oats are the best I have ever eaten. I like their texture and
taste. In addition , they are extraordinarily healthful and I can not imagine my morning
meal without them. I add Nutritional Yeast and some fruit to them and this combination
of products keep me satiated for a long time.
