I thought this would be a healthy option, but unfortunately it has contains 16 human health additives, 8 in which are high risk and moderate risk to human health : Calcium phosphates a texturizing agent that gives risk of cardiovascular disease, adverse affects on kidneys, disorder of bone mineralization, possible accumulation in body, and exceeds of the ADI, magnesium phosphates ", Sucralose suspected carcinogenic, cardiovascular disease risk, type 2 diabetes risk, intestinal inflammation risk, disturbance of gut microbiota, and impairment of sugar regulation and weight gain causation, carrageenan, cellulose gum, dimethyl polysiloxane, artificial flavouring, acacia gum. I therefore would not buy this product again, and would not recommend it as an option.
