The move to a convertible seat from a bucket is a tough one. We had the uppa baby Mesa bucket and our baby is very long so he grew out of it by 5 months. Moving to the convertible was scary with him being so young. However, we did a ton of research and landed on this one. WeâÂÂre happy with it. ItâÂÂs a step up from the marathon in terms of padding around the head and additional safety features along the side of the seats. The rebound bar is a nice added safety feature. Although it took about a days adjustment, Baby now happily falls asleep in this seat. The infant seat insert is plush memory foam. ItâÂÂs a little more difficult than the internet videos imply with the clicktight mechanism especially since our seats dip down in the back we still have to place a rolled towel underneath like we did with the Mesa. All in all has a great safety rating, appears far more comfortable for baby than the CLEK and Dionos in my opinion and easy enough to install. Would readily recommend.
