Rated 1 out of 5 by from Carcinogenic ingredients hiding I have always loved BB and thought they were leading the pack in terms of safe ingredients but I now see both alumina and titanium dioxide is included in my Gloss & Glow LIP BALM. I wrongfully assumed all of their lip products were carcinogen free. Silly me! Keep peeling back that ultra sticky ingredients list BEFORE BUYING. Kinda tricky, Burt’s Bees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Lippies I love hydrating and tinted lip balms. These are excellent, and so affordable, I could buy multiple colours. Chai is particularly unique colour in a lip balm. I use it on its own or as a primer for other lipsticks. It is a very versatile product. I have these in pockets purses and on my desk. They are easy to apply and low maintenance. The reddish colours are not too bold and very wearable. The pink and chai are just lovely: shine, moisture, and a bit of colour. I also trust the brand for non-toxic and natural products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Colour is pretty! I really liked the colour, but unfortunately the scent is horrible. I dislike products with strong, fake scents like this one. It smells like watermelon?? I think that if that smell were removed, the product would be healthier and the ingredients list would be shorter.

I adore the shades, Chai Time and Eat Drink & Be Cherry, both are beautiful colours. I really do hope that the shade range is expanded eventually!

I took off one star because I prefer a balm to be sheerer, but if you like a punchy lip colour, this product will work for you. It leaves your lips feeling soft and moisturized. I also love that it is an eco-conscious product.
