Difficult to use
I was really excited to use this product since I have very sensitive skin with lots of dry patches. However, with my first time opening the jar, almost 1/5 of the product was accidentally spilled! I had the product in a shopping bag so it was probably tilted around a lot and lots was on the lid. The consistency is just SO watery that it created a big mess when I took off the lid. I’m quite disappointed because this is not cheap and was an investment for me, but not only was the packaging inconvenient, but my skin remains so dry because the consistency is so thin and watery. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch but I was really looking forward to this product.

Disappointing
I bought this cream about 3 weeks ago. I love the brand and I especially love the cleansing oil. This cream is not what I expected: it doesn’t absorb to the skin: it comes off if you rub your fingers. :(. I had high expectations and will continue using the cleansing oil but this cream is definitely not a favourite.

Hydrating but a strong smell
I like this product. My skin feels exceptionally. Hydrated after using it but the smell is a bit overpowering and takes a while to go away. If you can get past that then it is a decent product but I don't think that I would buy it again.

I've been using this product for about a month and I love how lightweight it is. It makes my skin feel so soft and not appear dry, especially right now in dry Canadian winter.

Not my favourite but okay
Didnt love this moisturizer. I don’t love the smell and texture of it - it didn’t really do the job to make my skin feel super moisturized. Probably wouldn’t buy again.
