This product is fine for pancakes or muffins but the bread is very airy and lacks some oomph. It is also very dry and tastes best toasted.

I love this bread. It works great even when I add oat or buckwheat flour to give it a bit more fibre. I love how quick it is and how easy it is to make.

I used this for the first time to make cinnamon buns! It's perfect for those who like to bake, but have a celiac in their household!

We use this mix for everything except bread (but I am about to try it). It has been a wonderful product that we have used as a 1 to 1 replacement for flour in cookies, muffins, pancakes, etc. Other brands have you add xanthan gum depending on what you are using their flour for, but with this Celimix we have just used it as is to spectacular results. When ever we meet someone who is gluten sensitive or celiac we recommend this product.

We bought the celimix white bread mix for the second time and we will continue to buy it. This is a great product, easy to make, fast, and the bread when its ready taste like an ordinary white bread. All member's of my familly eat this bread at breakfast. My 3 kids loves it. We buy it because there is no gluten and milk in it. We recommended it at everybody. Thank you!
