I buy the finely ground and use it for baking, etc. An exceptional product. Be sure to remove it from the bag and store it in an airtight container (i.e. clamp jar w/ seal) so it will not clump up. Salt has a tenancy to do that if exposed to any moisture (as is the case in my small, steamy kitchen).

This salt is wonderful. After using this salt, regular salt seems so harsh. I've been using it for several years and I find that I use less salt over time because it is so satisfying. It has such a rich, beautiful flavor. The coarse version is very nice too -- an interesting taste experience, and I often use it in soup as well.

Before I was on the celtic sea salt, I was having a lot of muscle cramps in my legs. I have high blood pressure so I can't have regular salt. It really is nice to not have the cramps anymore, also my food has more flavour now. Love this product.

I love this salt, the flavour is great (other salts I've been using are fleur de sel and himalayan sea salt and I think the flavour of this one is even better). The fine ground is also a bit larger than other fine ground sea salt and I think it is the perfect size.

I love my Celtic Sea Salt. It has a lovely flavour as a finishing salt, is low in sodium and has all the minerals that have been stripped out of commercial table salt. Did you know that the word salary comes from the root word salt.

The best salt and the only salt we buy now. Was originally recommended to me by my holistic MD and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I use the fine for regular baking, cooking etc and the course is great for a sprinkle on top of food, looks very gourmet.

Great tasting salt. At my doctors recommendation we have replaced our usual table salt with this and also use it in baking. For cooking & seasoning I use the coarser ground grey sea salt which is so tasty and looks wonderful on the plate.
