A little goes a long way
I’m 55 yrs old, I’ve eczema prone skin around my mouth and sometimes around the eye area. After using this cream, by the next morning I’ve noticed smoother and how hydrated my entire face & neck were. I use it every other night after my Vit C & retinol serums... I wait around 10-20 before layering the Cerave skin renewing night cream. My fine lines have diminished since I’ve using this product. I’ve used other very pricey night cream and this hands down is the best for me. You don’t need a lot of the product, the spreadability is very good. I use about 1/4 teaspoon for face, neck, to below collarbone cleavage area.

Ruined a perfect product by reformulating.
Used this religiously for the past 7 years as it was safe for my sensitive skin. I cannot use most cosmetic products on my face. I was forgiving of the up-pricing, as it was again, my safety net for my face. After repurchasing a few days ago, noticing the new packaging and my face appearing red, blotchy and little hives and the ONLY difference in my skin care routine, I knew you guys messed up. I am beyond upset, I have to heal my skin for the next week and I start my NEW JOB in 2 days…I AM HEARTBROKEN over this, not only do I have to heal my skin, but after 7 years of feeling safe with my skin care, I have to do the trial and error and pain of trying new skin care products…Goodbye, you betrayer.

Good cream, but ran out very quickly
This cream is great for all skin types, however, there is barely any product in it. I like cerave for their affordable efficient products, however, with this cream, you would be better off buying another drugstore product.. my cetaphil AM cream lasted me 6 months. I do like the formula, however, there should be at least 88ML in the jar. I also have to put quite a bit on for it to spread all over my face. I would like to keep using this product, but I will have to switch over to another cream that is worth the money.

Missing Product
I returned this product, because the jar was only half full of the product. Originally I was just going to exchange the jar, because I thought maybe my jar was just a production mistake. It happens. I get it. However, when I was doing the exchange I asked to see how the other jars on the shelf were filled and to my surprise all of them were half full. That’s when I opted for a return, because it’s not worth the money you spend on it.

Feels like a rip off
I heard about this brand and decided to try it. The jar is 1/3 full...looks like the product dried up but reading the comments...i realise cerave only fill half of their products. Doesn't make me want to buy their other products. Feels like a rip off.

Do any of your products contain retinol? It’s super frustrating to see all kinds of reviews on YouTube for products that are sold on the US site and not have access to them.

Great product!
Very happy with this product so far. Very calming/soothing for reactive skin; I experience zero burning or redness after using it - skin is immediately calmed. Absorbs quickly and skin looks/feels great in the morning. Adjusting to the thicker texture; I use a very small face cream 'scoop' to place smalls dots (around the size of a small pea) around my face (~3 on forehead, 1 under each eye, 1 on nose, 3 on cheeks, 2 along chin, 1 on nose) then smooth the product into my skin in gentle circular motions. May sound strange, but I find it works! Using it day & night to combat the cold, dry Winter air. Successfully layer either a VitC serum or Niacinamide + Zinc serum underneath (alternating days for the 2 serums).

Disappointed
Was excited to try this out tonight. I was instantly disappointed after opening up the jar. The jar is only filled halfway with product! I feel ripped off! Especially for the price! Will definitely be looking for something else.
