And did you know that oat fibre helps lower cholesterol? Cheerios has always contained oat fibre, and one cup (27 g) of Cheerios cereal made with oats provides 30% of the daily amount of the fibre shown to help lower cholesterol.

Ingredients: Whole grain oat, corn,  starch, sugar and/or golden sugar, salt, trisodium phosphate, calcium carbonate, monoglycerides, tocopherols, wheat starch, annatto.

Vitamins and Minerals: Niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), folate, iron.

Contains wheat and oat ingredients.
