Ignore other reviewers- they’re preparing it wrong
You don’t need to overbook these noodles. They are already cooked. The complaints about them being funny are because of user error.
When ramen noodles are sold chewy like this, they are ready for consumption. What you do is make a hot noodle base and put these in hot water briefly as you would for udon. Maybe 1-2 minutes max, drain, then put them into your broth. The consistency is fine. These are great! Please keep stocking them. I’d be happy to do an FAQ for how ramen needs to be prepared :)

Exactly what I'd been looking for!
I was looking for soft ramen noodles after eating fresh ones for the first time. Not quite as good as fresh but still absolutely delicious!

Our favourite noodles
These are our favourite noodles! I'm surprised by the other ratings but it's possible the difference is we don't use these in broth noodle recipes -- they are perfect for saucy noodle recipes like shallot oil noodles, noodle stirfrys, a lot of udon recipes (these aren't udon but are still nice and thick), peanut noodles etc.

Quick and Convenient
These noodles are quick to cook and convenient. Do not boil these noodles as they are already very soft. Place them in a bowl with boiling water and let them warm up for 3 minutes maximum. Drain and enjoy.

Not chewy whatsoever
Noodles are not chewy at all. They fall apart the minute they touch heat. Can’t even hold up with chopsticks.

Am not a fan of these noodles. Thought I’d try a new brand from my usual, but have been disappointed with the results. They are soft right out of the package so when heated, they get even softer. I prefer my noodles with some bite. A couple stars for convenience!

I will buy them again. They are really convenient. Super easy to cook directly in soup/sauce. Good texture and flavour. I do think a bit pricey for "pasta' however the quality is there.
