Horrible!
I was so excited about finding a pasta that was grain free that I bought 5 or 6 boxes. What a waste of money, and what a disappointment.
It was dry and gritty like sawdust. I don't understand all these glowing reviews!
Even though I don't like to waste, I actually threw the rest of the boxes in the garbage.

We are trying to switch to these types of pasta and have had a couple of so-so experiences with different brands but this one is great! I accidently found it at Costco and thought I'd give it a try. I was very impressed and personally cannot tell a big difference between this and regular pasta.
