Not edible for me!
I tried REALLY hard to like these... just couldn't get past the texture! And the taste... I doused mine in tomato sauce and it could not mask the awful taste/aftertaste of chickpea! And I usually love chickpeas! It is not a smooth, nice taste at all... after 5 bites, I couldn't eat any more! Not a good substitute for real pasta at all. I will stick to my rice pasta for sure!

Very good!
I love how much protein is in this pasta! It doesn't have as smooth of a texture as gluten free corn/rice pastas do, but I find if I make it with a tomato pasta sauce or Alfredo sauce it's much nicer. Worth it to me for the nutrition in this pasta.

not for me
this pasta gets too mushy even after a short while cooking. I like my pasta slightly firm. I like that it has a lot of protein and is a Canadian company but I wouldn't buy this again. Finding good pasta as a coeliac is tough :(

my new favourite pasta!
over a year of eating gluten free I finally feel like I've found the most delicious and nutritious pasta! super quick to boil and tastes great with pesto and veggies!
Huge bonus to the amount of protein in it as well!

Not great
I’ve had chickpea pasta before, this one was not my favourite. I didn’t like the flavour and I found it got mushy. I did over cook it slightly, but I still don’t think I would have liked the thickness of the noodle

Great for our 20-month old
We bought this for our daughter who loves pasta but we wanted to try a different kind. It's a little grainy tasting for us (mom and dad) but our daughter loves it! Will buy it again for her!

Delicious Gluten free option

The best pasta!
This brand of pasta is the closest to "regular pasta"...you can't even tell it's chickpea based. And we love the protein quantity.
