A very high quality product
I am so happy with Organic Chickapea Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles. They only have two ingredients: chickpeas and lentils! Simple and healthy. I find that cooking them for a shorter time than suggested produces a better result.

Great alternative to wheat pasta
This GF pasta is heavier than some. I like the texture, but some might find it chewy, if accustomed to another brand. I would definitely buy again.
