Chickapea Pasta Shells
Chickapea Pasta has turned a family favourite into a superfood! Eating a bowl of Chickapea is like...eating a bowl of smiles, sunshine and super powers! Ok, that may be pushing it, but your body and taste buds will definitely be doing a happy dance.

Chickapea is made from ONLY two ingredients: organic chickpeas and lentils, which are both part of the pulse family. Cool, what the heck are pulses? Glad you asked! Pulses are the dried seed of peas, edible beans, lentils and chickpeas and are very high in protein and fibre, and low in fat. This makes them a healthy addition to any meal! The biggest question here is shells, spirals or penne?

I make this hot one-pot pasta dish with these shell noodles that is truly a thing of beauty. I could probably eat it on a weekly basis and never tire of it! The noodles have a delicious nuttiness, a nice chewy texture, and kind of reminds me of brown rice in a really good way! I'm a big fan of it with spaghetti sauce as well and pesto!

Truly bad. I cooked to instructions on the box and they came out both hard and soggy at the same time. Bought a few boxes anticipating I would like them that will now go to the donation bin. Those interested in this product should check out "Maria's Healthy Noodles." should consider stocking Maria's too. Worth the higher price point for sure.

I really wanted to love this pasta. My daughter needs to eat gluten-free and she loves pasta. However, she didn't like this at all. She actually likes chickpeas in general but apparently not as the basis for pasta. Myself, I didn't love the was okay but not great. I may still try the penne or spirals as I really want this pasta to work for us!
