Great texture and taste
I thought this tasted just like regular spiral pasta. I’m very happy with this purchase. I didn’t fallow the time recommendations. Instead, I do texture and taste tests to figure out when it’s cooked. I reheated it today and it still tastes yummy ! And bonus, I have no bloating or stomach aches!

My favourite pasta!
My newest best have pasta,taste like regular pasta but more nutritious ,high in protein,fibre and Iron. I have a yummy recipe with this pasta.Olive oil+ garlic in a pan the add chopped tomato or marinara sauce then parmesan cheese + (baby spinach or basil)+ some walnuts then I add cooked pasta with some olive oil and black pepper on top ,enjoy!

Packed with Protein and kid approved
We do not have any gluten allergies but purchased this as a sometimes alternative to regular pasta, specifically due to the protein and fibre content. We were not disappointed. It was great! It is definitely more expensive than pasta but for the nutritional value it is worthwhile in my opinion. We got four servings from the box (3 large-for-us adult servings and 1 kid serving). Our 4 year old could not tell the difference but the caveat being we typically eat whole wheat pasta and shes not overly picky.

Best non wheat pasta I have ever tried!
Tasted great, would not have know it was not regular wheat pasta if I didn't see the box. The extra protein made it fill and was even great the reheated the second day.
