Chickapea Pasta Spirals
Chickapea Pasta has turned a family favourite into a superfood! Eating a bowl of Chickapea is like...eating a bowl of smiles, sunshine and super powers! Ok, that may be pushing it, but your body and taste buds will definitely be doing a happy dance.

Chickapea is made from ONLY two ingredients: organic chickpeas and lentils, which are both part of the pulse family. Cool, what the heck are pulses? Glad you asked! Pulses are the dried seed of peas, edible beans, lentils and chickpeas and are very high in protein and fibre, and low in fat. This makes them a healthy addition to any meal! I love this pasta! If you are looking for a high protein gluten free option, this is a great choice. I prefer this over the black bean pastas I've tried. The trick is to not overcook the noodles.

I was so disappointed! I found the taste and texture to be inedible. I gave the boxes to my co-worker who is able to eat them drenched in sauce and Parmesan.

If you're a texture eater, steer clear of these noodles. :(
