CHIVE French Press Ornament

The French Press Ornament exists because someone in this studio refuses to make coffee any other way and felt the appliance had earned a permanent seat on the tree, plunger and all. It's hand-painted glass, right down to the plunger line and the small carafe glow, built for the person who decided long ago that the extra four minutes of steeping isn't a delay but the entire point of the morning ritual. They've never once looked at a pod machine without a feeling they work hard to conceal, and they wake up early enough most mornings to prove it, coffee grounds and all. Give this to whoever treats patience like a skill worth practicing rather than an inconvenience to get past, someone who will happily talk you through burr grinders if you give them even the smallest opening to do it.
