Dark, flat, not what was advertised.
6r light auburn. My hair was already at a light auburn, a bit more copper. Haven’t colored it in 4 months.. I used this color and what I got is FLAT boring WAYYY too dark “auburn”. You can barely see any of the red tones. I researched what I needed and this was a supreme let down. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who actually wants copper/light auburn hair. I’m absolutely devastated at my color result (even though it doesn’t look terrible it’s still NOTHING like I wanted.)

My go to dye
I’ve been box dying my hair for 14 years, and Clairol is by far the best i’ve tried! Because I only dye black, I can use just about any black dye and get the same results-colour wise, anyway. Clairol is my GO TO. It always leaves my hair feeling so much softer and healthier. I look forward to my dye day because my hair is going to look as gorgeous as it possibly can for at least a week after. (The color lasts forever it’s just my roots grow out). I don’t know how but my hair comes out healthier and shinier than it does with professional treatments just by dying it!

Where is 4RB colour?
What happened to 4RB - dark reddish brown? I love that colour and Nice N Easy. But I can't find it anywhere. Why would you discontinue any colour? I am very upset.

Conditioner Formula Changed
I used this product for years UNTIL now. They have changed the formula for the conditioner and now it drys out my scalp and my hair looks even worse!

6g is RED - I want my money back. SO MAD
I just purchased 6G for my level 5 ashy brown hair. I was looking to lighten my brown and add gold. I am SO mad. This dye is SO red that now I have that take brownred look. The brown is dark, not light and it did not cover one single gray. This dye should have zero R in it. Anyone with lighter than level 1 or 2 hair is going to be very very angry with this product and company. I want my money back.
