Refreshing with a bite
This mocktail is perfectly clear, which hides the flavour punch you will get when you imbibe. Ginger is dominant but the botanicals are present also. I could not taste lime so I added a dash of limeade, a slice of lemon and a twist of rind (I had no fresh limes). The rind really adds an important fresh note. This will be a great drink for the patio and BBQ season because it is very refreshing. For people who are switching from cocktails to mocktails it is important to have some kind of kick in place of the alcohol - the botanicals, the ginger, and the astringency of this drink do that, but fresh citrus completes the profile.

Spicy Ginger!
I enjoyed this. Tastes like real ginger, a good balance of the spicyness of the ginger but not over dominant. Not too sweet.
