California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) is an herb traditionally used in North America for its analgesic, hypnotic and sedative properties. It has been traditionally used to treat sleeplessness (e.g. insomnia) in adults and children, anxiety, minor nervous disturbances, neuralgic pains, toothaches, and liver and gallbladder complaints.

This product contains 500 mg of a concentrated extract that gives the equivalent of 2.5 grams of the dried herb top (aerial parts) of California poppy.

California Poppy is a unique herb for pain relief and insomnia.

Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an analgesic.

Dosage: Adults: Take once at night.

Content: 0.5 grams of a standardize extract equivalent to 2.5 grams of California poppy dried herb top.

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate.
