Very soothing
I never expected this to fix my headaches because I have chronic migraines. It doesn't help my headaches at all, however it tastes absolutely delicious and it is very soothing. For me, this tea helps more with anxiousness rather than headaches. Perhaps if you have just regular headaches it could be helpful for that reason, but I wouldn't count on it. I love the flavour so much that this will definitely become a regular night time tea for me. Thanks!

My new favourite tea
This tea is both comforting and refreshing at the same time. I bought it to try as someone who frequently gets barometric headaches, and it definitely is a nice addition to help soothe a pesky ache. It's such a lovely tea that I have been enjoying drinking it every day!
