Excellent So Far
My usual smoothing shampoo caused problems with my scalp when combined with the very hard water in our building. I was having a hard time with itching, bumps and flaking. I switched to a normalizing, clarifying shampoo gentle enough for daily use. Plus the addition of this conditioner to ease my irritated scalp. Instant relief upon first use! I continue to use it about once or twice a week, massaged into my scalp and left for a few minutes. I use a different conditioner for the ends of my long hair. The container I have must be the older tube version as I notice the image has been updated to a bottle with different graphics.

Needs better packaging
May be a good product but it is impossible to squeeze the conditioner out of the bottle. I had to remove the lid & shake it down several times & put in a jar to be able to use.

Terrible packaging
It might be a good product but the product is so super thick that it won’t come out of the tiny spout. The bottle is rigid plastic and can’t be squeezed. I’m trying to transfer it to a different container, removed the lid but it still doesn’t come out, too thick. Waste of money.

Works for me
I bought the Derma E Scalp Relief Shampoo and this conditioner. I really like both of the products including how they smell and feel. The conditioner has mint oil in it that makes my scalp and skin tingle more than the shampoo, but both help keep any itching away and my hair looking good. I only gave it 4 stars because of the bottle Like other people have said, it is hard to squeeze and get the product out. I don't have as much of a challenge with the shampoo, but I have to leave the conditioner upside down (closed) to get the product out easier.

Love the Product, Hate the Bottle
I bought this to use alongside the Derma E Scalp Relief Shampoo and so far I love both products. I get oily scaly patches on my scalp from Seborrheic Dermatitis and after three weeks of using both it has cleared up.
The only thing I hate about this product is the bottle. It is made from a very rigid plastic that is impossible to squeeze and the conditioner is thick. I have resorted to storing it upside down, unscrewing the lid and shaking it out.

Did not work for me
Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. It actually made my seborrheic dermatitis even worse. I started using it while having a flare up, to help with the itching and flakes but it did absolutely nothing but provide temporary relief. I wouldn’t be itchy for a day and then the next day I was. This product might be great for someone who has just dandruff, but for those with dermatitis, I’m not sure this would work.

Great product - terrible packaging
Love the product but so shocked at the packaging. I have to squeeze the bottle between my thighs to get some out - and then I end up with conditioner in the lid and it drops out - wasting conditioner. I really hope they fix this issue.

Better than many others for flakes
I have oily, heavy hair, and get flaky in the winter.
Compared to Carina Organics, and many other attempts, this one's the best so far.
After a week of consistent use, flakes are down by about 80%.
Lathers really well, smells and feels great.
