Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gave me a horrible rash I have moderately sensitive skin and thought I would try a different brand than my usual cream. After using on my face and neck for a few weeks I noticed my skin was itchy. I thought it was due to the cold dry winter. After a month I broke out in a horrible rash that looked like a sunburn (even though it was March and I was not in the sun). Stopped using it and my skin healed. Used it once again a few months later and same thing happened. Threw the almost fill jar out. My skin still hasn't completely healed. Had a similar reaction with their hand cream. Will never buy their products again. Do not recommend if anyone has sensitive skin.

I struggle with finding ones that don't make me break out but that are hydrating enough, and this one is perfect. The smell is a bit weird, not bad but it did take me by surprise. It smells like a mix of pine and skunk/weed, but not in a bad way. If you're super super sensitive to smells I would skip it, but otherwise it's great.

I'm not a big beauty person but as I am getting older I'm starting to take care of my skin more and with all my years of trying hundreds of different creams this one I'll never stop using. I love Derma E products. Try it ...it won't disappoint.
