Recommended Dosage: Adults 18 years and older: Take 2 capsules per day with food or as directed by a Healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antifungal medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 year. Refer to the product label for dosing instructions, age-appropriateness, and relative risk statements. Healthcare practitioners are encouraged to use clinical judgement with case-specific dosing based on intended goals, subject body weight, medical history, and concomitant medication and supplement usage.

Caution: Risk Information: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition, if you have scleroderma, or if you are taking anti-depressants. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, or if symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, if you are following a low protein diet, or if you are taking carbidopa or health products with serotonergic
activity such as mood balance supplements, cough medication containing dextromethorphan, pain killers or medications for nausea or migraine. When using this product exercise caution while driving or using machinery, as you may experience drowsiness. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
