Not very potent orange flavouring
I typically use orange zest in my cocktails when the recipe calls for orange bitters. I finally caved and bought this orange bitters from Dillon's. I've enjoyed a few of Dillon's gins, so I figured their bitters would be good quality.
Perhaps my expectations are unreasonable, but I don't find the potency of the orange flavouring in the bitters to be comparable to the bitter-flavouring I get from adding orange zest to my cocktails.
I'll use up the bottle of bitters, but I wouldn't buy this again. I prefer the bitter, orange zest from a fresh orange!
