This product is great! I couldn't be happier with it. I use it with cloth diapers since it is all natural and washes clean away in the laundry. It is expensive but a little goes a long way. I only use it when baby's skin gets a little spotty, otherwise I use coconut oil on a regular basis. The bum bum balm clears up any spotiness usually with just one application. And it smells so great too.

Works beautifully on my granddaughter's diaper rash. Cost is awfully high though. However, for her well-being it's worth it!

Definitely would buy this product again. A little goes a long way. After using it on my little one it cleared up a rash right away.

Most amazing bum cream. Used on both by babies. Ran out once, used sudocrem instead... Huge mistake. Instant rash. Switched back and it was gone in a day and a half. Makes it easier to clean messy diapers of sensitive skin too!

I love this balm! LO never got a diaper rash. It also smells great- not medicinal at all. Safe for cloth diapers too! I even had my own tin that I used before bed to keep my hands from cracking in the winter. Worked like a charm!

This cream is the only one that clears up my daughters rashes. We tried them when she was first born, and have only bought this one since. It's pricey, but lasts a really long time! And I feel good about putting it on her skin as the ingredients are natural.

Works well on stubborn irritation from teething in diaper area of disposable diapers. Haven't used w. cloth diapers, or on any major diaper rash. Use after every bowel movement to prevent further redness and irritation. Haven't had either since using this product. Love it!

This product works great on minor diaper rashes - have not had to use it for major issues. I like the way it adds a bit of a barrier but still works with cloth diapers.

I love this cream. I used it for both my boys (youngest now 4). I still use it for all their cuts and scrapes, works wonders.

Product quite expensive for small quantity. Good for daily use but not for serious diaper rash.
