works much better than those white pasty zinc cream and it helped a lot from preventing diaper rashes but note that there's not a lot of products for the price.

I'll admit, I was skeptical when a friend gave this to me as a baby gift, saying it was the only thing she would ever use on her child. Well, consider me converted! Having tried half a dozen other leading name brand diaper creams, I can honestly say this is the best & worth every penny for my two kids. They are rarely troubled by diaper rash & when things do flare, it's usually bc I neglected to put Bum Bum on for a few changes. I don't know what we'd do without this product. I give it 6 stars out of 5!

I was excited to use this as it is compatible with cloth diapers. Unfortunately it gave my baby quite the rash so I had to stop using after the first use.

I have tried both Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Balm and the Dimpleskins Bum Bum Balm. Dimpleskins was recommended to me from my Doctor as she had great results with it for her 2 children. I absolutely love it. I prefer it over the Earth Mama Angel Baby product as it creates a better barrier and clears up any signs of a rash quickly. I will be buying it for all my pregnant friends as a shower gift. It is an amazing product and I definitely recommend!

For my first 2 babies, I swore by Sudocrem, but for baby #3, we could not get the diaper rash to heal (for 3 weeks!). Not sure if wipes or cream were the culprit. We switched to Bum Bum Balm and it did the trick within a few days. Yes expensive, we use with every change now to keep rash away so it adds up, but well worth the peace of mind knowing that LO is not suffering. We use in combo with Honest Soothing Bottom Wash to cleanse the baby wipe residue away. Now what to do with all that Sudocrem… Highly recommend.

This product is great! I couldn't be happier with it. I use it with cloth diapers since it is all natural and washes clean away in the laundry. It is expensive but a little goes a long way. I only use it when baby's skin gets a little spotty, otherwise I use coconut oil on a regular basis. The bum bum balm clears up any spotiness usually with just one application. And it smells so great too.

Works beautifully on my granddaughter's diaper rash. Cost is awfully high though. However, for her well-being it's worth it!

Definitely would buy this product again. A little goes a long way. After using it on my little one it cleared up a rash right away.

Most amazing bum cream. Used on both by babies. Ran out once, used sudocrem instead... Huge mistake. Instant rash. Switched back and it was gone in a day and a half. Makes it easier to clean messy diapers of sensitive skin too!

I love this balm! LO never got a diaper rash. It also smells great- not medicinal at all. Safe for cloth diapers too! I even had my own tin that I used before bed to keep my hands from cracking in the winter. Worked like a charm!
